Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Goldenhub reserves the right to delay dispatch in case of order verification, high demand, or unforeseen operational circumstances.
Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed. Metro cities typically receive orders within 4–5 business days after dispatch. Non-metro locations may take 5–7 business days, while remote or rural areas may require 7–10 business days depending on courier accessibility and logistics coverage.
Shipping is free on orders of ₹2999 or above. Orders below this amount may include applicable shipping charges. In case of approved returns, original shipping charges shall not be deducted.
Goldenhub ships orders through trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket and associated courier services. Every order is securely packed to ensure product safety during transit. A tracking link will be provided once the shipment is dispatched so customers can monitor delivery status.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Goldenhub shall not be liable for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Courier partners typically attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the shipment.
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is refused at the time of delivery without valid reason, Goldenhub reserves the right to restrict COD availability for future purchases.
If tracking shows the order as delivered but it has not been received, customers must contact Goldenhub within 24 hours by sharing the Order ID and tracking details via email or WhatsApp. Goldenhub will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate and provide a resolution.
Claims for damaged, tampered, or missing items will only be considered if a clear unboxing video is provided showing the package opening from start to finish along with the Order ID. The video must be shared via email or WhatsApp for verification.
Goldenhub reserves the right to restrict certain high-risk delivery areas to prepaid orders only. COD is not available for orders exceeding ₹499 in total value.
Goldenhub shall not be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, logistics disruptions, or events beyond reasonable control.
