Goldenhub provides limited warranty coverage only within India and only for products purchased directly from www.goldenhub.in. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are not covered under this warranty policy.
Baby Pillows are covered under a 3-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, strictly for manufacturing defects only.
Wallets are covered under a 1-month warranty for stitching defects only.
Dry fruits and spices do not carry any warranty. These products are covered only under quality assurance until the stated expiry date and only for manufacturing or sealed packaging defects at the time of delivery.
Warranty claims must be raised within the active warranty period and within 7 days of noticing the defect.
This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects including:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Stitching defects (for wallets)
- Zipper defects
- Structural or shape deformities caused by production faults
- Sealed packet damage at the time of delivery (for food products)
The warranty does NOT cover:
- Misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Water damage, burns, or accidental damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Color fading due to washing or usage
- Improper washing or maintenance
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Storage-related issues (for food items)
- Expiry after opening food products
- Taste preference or natural variation in dry fruits and spices

- Order ID
- Clear photographs of the defect
- Complete unboxing video (where applicable)
Goldenhub reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approval. If approved, replacement or refund may be provided depending on the case.
Goldenhub’s liability under this warranty shall be strictly limited to the value of the purchased product. Goldenhub shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
