Payment Policy

Goldenhub accepts payments through secure and authorized payment channels including Razorpay, UPI, PhonePe, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online transactions are processed through encrypted and secure payment gateways to ensure customer safety and data protection.

Goldenhub does not store, retain, or process customer debit or credit card details on its servers. All card and digital payment information is handled directly by certified payment gateway providers.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across eligible serviceable locations within India. However, COD shall not be available for orders exceeding ₹499 in total value. Any order placed above ₹499 using COD may be automatically cancelled at the sole discretion of Goldenhub.

Goldenhub reserves the right to refuse or cancel COD orders in case of verification issues, suspicious activity, or repeated order cancellations.

In certain cases, a payment may be deducted while the order is not successfully confirmed due to technical or network errors. Customers are advised to wait up to 24 hours as most failed transactions are automatically reversed by the payment gateway.

If the deducted amount is not credited back within 24 hours, customers must contact Goldenhub by email at goldenhubindia@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8210120913. Our team will assist in coordinating with the payment service provider to resolve the issue.

All prices displayed on www.goldenhub.in are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified. Goldenhub’s GST Identification Number (GSTIN) is 07DCPPG5461R1ZR.

A valid tax invoice shall be automatically generated for all successful transactions and shared with the customer.

Goldenhub reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order involving suspicious payment activity, misuse of digital payment systems, or fraudulent transactions.

Intentional chargebacks, false payment disputes after confirmed delivery, or misuse of refund mechanisms shall be treated as financial misconduct. Goldenhub reserves the right to take appropriate legal action under applicable Indian laws.

Goldenhub reserves the right to modify or update this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
