Goldenhub reserves absolute discretion to verify, accept, reject, or cancel any order. Suspicious activity including repeated cancellations, bulk buying patterns, fake details, high-value abnormal orders, misuse of payment methods, or chargeback history may result in verification, partial cancellation, full cancellation, or permanent banning.
Prices may change without notice. In case of technical errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect pricing (especially abnormally low prices), Goldenhub reserves the right to cancel such orders even after confirmation. Orders may also be canceled if products are unavailable or out of stock.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Slight variations in color, packaging, labeling, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, manufacturing updates, or natural sourcing differences and shall not be treated as defects.
This baby pillow is NOT an infant inclined sleeper and is NOT intended for infant sleep. Use only under direct adult supervision during feeding or tummy time. Never leave the baby unattended. Goldenhub shall not be liable for injury, harm, or damage arising from misuse, negligence, improper positioning, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Goldenhub dry fruits and spices are intended for general household consumption only. Customers are advised to carefully read product labels, ingredient details, and storage instructions before use.
All food products must be stored in a cool, dry, and hygienic environment, away from direct sunlight, moisture, and contamination. Improper storage conditions after delivery may affect product quality, freshness, and safety, for which Goldenhub shall not be held responsible.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying potential allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions prior to consumption. Goldenhub shall not be liable for allergic reactions, health complications, misuse, overconsumption, improper handling, or failure to follow storage guidelines.
Taste, texture, and natural variations may occur due to seasonal sourcing, agricultural conditions, or supplier variation. Such natural variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
Once delivered and accepted, food products are considered perishable in nature. Goldenhub’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to proven manufacturing defects under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goldenhub’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product purchased. Goldenhub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Goldenhub harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, legal expenses, or costs arising from misuse of products, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or breach of applicable laws.
Fraudulent chargebacks, intentional payment disputes after confirmed delivery, or misuse of refund mechanisms shall be treated as financial fraud. Goldenhub reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings and permanently blacklist such customers.
All website content, including text, images, product descriptions, designs, logos, branding elements, and layout, are the exclusive intellectual property of Goldenhub and protected under applicable laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Goldenhub does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free website operation. Temporary suspension due to maintenance, technical issues, cyber incidents, or third-party failures shall not create liability.
Goldenhub shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, logistics disruptions, supply chain shortages, or unforeseen events.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in New Delhi. Courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully effective. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of that right.
